During his service, he gained specialized training and qualification in Russian aircraft such as KA-25, KA-28, KA-31, and IL-38. His expertise in aeronautical engineering and aviation technology reflects his strong technical knowledge and commitment to excellence.
He has served at several important naval establishments across India, including INS Hansa (Goa), INS Dega (Visakhapatnam), and INS NIAT (Naval Institute of Aeronautical Technology), Kochi, Kerala.
After completing his naval service, Dr. Pandit entered the corporate sector and became the Founder and CEO of Vermako Private Limited. Since November 2020, his company has been actively involved in promoting Ayurvedic products and tourism, contributing to health and cultural awareness.
Dr. Pandit has also been appointed as a Diplomat by the Brussels Authority, recognizing his efforts in international relations and global cooperation.
He is actively engaged in global humanitarian efforts. As an Ambassador associated with the United Nations Organization (UNO), he works towards spreading the message of world peace, harmony, and unity among nations. His dedication to humanity and continuous efforts for global peace have earned him international recognition.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he has been awarded Honorary Doctorates in Business Management (2021) and Humanity from an American University, USA, for his work in promoting global peace and social welfare.
